Pamela Herr

A vital partner in the business, Pamela has worked diligently alongside her husband since 1986. Constituting the backbone of the firm, her strong entrepreneurial spirit and business savvy have been the perfect complement to Jack’s creativity. From marketing to accounting, she wears many hats at this company and ensures that work is handled in the most timely, organized, and professional manner.

Lee Kilgore

Serving as Director of Automation/Project Director, Lee brings to Jack Herr Designs almost 30 years of residential and commercial experience. His experience entails a unique blend of architectural disciplines, including 6 years of employment with land developer, Southern Land Company. With creative strengths in multiple platforms of architecture, Lee’s proficiency in architecture spans the gamut from 2D AutoCAD to 3D BIM (Building Information Modeling) for residential, commercial, educational, hospitality and retail clients. Lee’s history of working directly with local and national builders translates into confidence for our own clients. His strong technical skills and attention to detail helps ensure that each project is executed to its fullest potential.

Susan Elliott-Kinsey

Susan worked alongside Jack at Southern Land Company as their Chief CADD operator. When Southern Land downsized, Susan came to work for Jack when he opened Jack Herr Designs in 2000 as its first employee. When the company relocated to the Brentwood, Tennessee, July of 2006, Susan chose to stay in the Chattanooga area but still offers CADD support for the design team utilizing her unique talents and skill-sets.

Izzie Herr

Since joining the company in 2021, Izzie has taken on a diverse range of responsibilities across multiple areas of the business. She serves as both the welcoming face at the front desk and the friendly, professional voice on the phone. In addition to her role in front-line communication, Izzie manages bookkeeping, oversees contracts, and handles key aspects of both employee and office operations. Her versatility, reliability, and positive presence make her an integral part of the team.
